Cancel/ Change Order Policy

1. Flexibility for the Modern Man

At Themodernman, we understand that precision is key. Whether you need to update a sizing preference for your Classic Polos or adjust the delivery address for a Leather Coat, we offer a window of opportunity to modify your order before it enters our rapid fulfillment cycle.

2. Modification & Cancellation Windows

Because we guarantee a 1-day handling time, requests must be submitted before the daily order cut-off to be processed successfully.

3. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order entirely, please email us immediately. If your request is received before 5:00 PM EST on the day the order was placed (or before 5:00 PM Monday for weekend orders), we will cancel the transaction and issue a 100% refund immediately. No cancellation fees apply.

4. Modifying Order Details

The following changes can typically be accommodated if requested before our daily cut-off time:

• Shipping Address: Correcting typos or updating the destination street address.
• Size/Color Adjustments: Swapping sizes for Jeans, T-Shirts, or Denim Shirts (subject to inventory availability).
• Product Swap: Changing one item for another of equal value.

Note: For security reasons, we cannot change the payment method used for an existing order. If you need to use a different payment method, the original order must be canceled and a new one placed.

5. Post-Processing & In-Transit Orders

Once an order has been picked, packed, and assigned a tracking number from USPS, UPS, or FedEx, it is considered “In-Transit” and can no longer be modified or canceled. In this event, please wait for the package to arrive and then follow our 30-Day Return Policy to return the items for a refund.

Urgent Order Modification

To ensure your request is handled before the cut-off, please include “URGENT: CANCEL ORDER #[Your Order Number]” in your email subject line.
