1. DMCA Notice & Compliance

4. Counter-Notification Procedure

5. Repeat Infringer Policy
Themodernman reserves the right to terminate access for users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. This includes the removal of account privileges for any individual or entity consistently violating the intellectual property of others.
